COMPANY PROFILE
In the year 2000 Chase Travel formulated a business development strategy which identified the need for a superior online booking engine, incorporating a state-of-the-art back-office system. Following intensive evaluation and development and always focusing on a system that would be flexible enough to adjust to business growth and to incorporate evolving needs based on ever-changing market trends, speed, reporting, data retrieval and more; the Chase Back Office (CBO) was created.
As Chase grew, it became clear that Chase Back Office delivered the high level of self-service required in modern on-line travel in both B2B and B2C environments.
The Company is a multi-channel distribution, marketing its inventory through virtually every segment of the online travel sector including retail, wholesale, group, Travel Agent, corporate and affiliates.
The Company’s core assets are:
- its new merchant hotel network now including 40,000 properties in 5 continents,
- its global merchant hotel network with direct contracts with leading Cruise and Car Companies,
- interfaces to schedule and Low Cost Carriers.
